QIGONG | FENG SHUI | IRIDOLOGY
Wellness is more than getting the right exercise, rest, and nutrition. Our wellbeing is affected by what we believe, the stories we consume, the environments we are surrounded by, the energy we hold, the actions we make upon others and ourselves, and the habits we master.

Iridology Readings
Iridology is the study of looking into the iris to find weaknesses and strengths inside the body. Iridology has been used throughout history as a tool for wellness assessment. Ancient Chinese Medicine used iridology but relied more heavily on other methods, as it was difficult to see details in brown irises without bright light. Today’s modern electricity and magnification tools allows us to better see iris details.
More About Iridology
Iridology is the examination of patterns, colors, and structure of the iris to gain insight into a person’s overall constitution and wellness. The iris contains a complex network of nerve fibers that are connected through the nervous system to tissues and organs throughout the body. An iridologist examines the overall structure of the iris to develop an assessment of an individual’s areas of strengths or weaknesses. A complete iris analysis is intended to provide a broader picture of the body’s overall condition rather than identify a specific disease.
* Iridology is NOT a diagnostic tool and is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or medical care.
